Privacy policy.
What we collect, what we don't, and what you can ask us to do about it — in plain English.
Last updated: 6 September 2026
The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no tracking pixels. The only personal information we hold is what you deliberately type into the contact form. We don't sell it, we don't share it for advertising, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
SocialBrag is a marketing agency based in Tampa, Florida, building websites and local marketing systems for home service businesses. This policy covers socialbragmarketing.com and the enquiries we receive through it.
For anything in this policy, reach us at aarcheval@socialbragmarketing.com or (656) 242-6320.
What we collect
Information you give us
The contact form is the only place this site asks for anything. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address and phone number
- Your trade, the tier you're interested in, and your current website, if you tell us
- Whatever you write in the message field
All of it is optional in the sense that you can simply call us instead. We ask for it because we can't build you a redesign concept without knowing what your business does.
Information collected automatically
Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs when a page is requested — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is ordinary infrastructure logging that every website has, used for security and diagnostics. We don't build profiles from it and we don't connect it to your enquiry.
What we don't collect
Worth stating plainly, because it's unusual:
- No cookies. This site sets none. There's no consent banner because there's nothing to consent to.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- No advertising trackers and no data sold or shared with data brokers.
- No account, no login, no password — the site stores nothing in your browser.
The free tools run entirely in your browser
The website scorecard and the missed-call calculator do all their work locally, in your browser, in JavaScript. Your answers and the numbers you enter are never transmitted to us or anyone else. Close the tab and they're gone. We don't know your score and we can't see it.
Third parties
Four services touch this site or your enquiry. That's the entire list:
- Netlify hosts the website and processes contact form submissions. Their server logs are described above.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces the site uses. Because the fonts load from Google's servers, your browser makes a request to Google, which reveals your IP address to them. This is the site's only third-party request and we mention it because most policies quietly don't.
- Zoho Mail hosts our email, so your enquiry lands in a Zoho inbox.
- GoHighLevel is the CRM behind our client work. Your enquiry may be stored there if it becomes an active conversation.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what they do with data on their systems.
How we use what you send
Only to respond to you and, if it goes that way, to do the work you've asked for:
- Replying to your enquiry and arranging a call
- Building the free redesign concept you requested
- Quoting, and delivering the work if you hire us
- Occasional follow-up if a conversation goes quiet
We don't add you to a newsletter or marketing list without you asking. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we stop — permanently, and you don't have to explain why.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become clients are kept up to two years, then deleted — contractors often circle back a season or two later, and it's unhelpful to have lost the context. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, which is what tax and accounting obligations require. You can ask for earlier deletion at any point, subject to those obligations.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiries is limited to people who need it, which today means one person. No system is perfectly secure, and we'd rather say that than imply otherwise.
Your rights
Whatever jurisdiction you're in, we'll honour these:
- Access — ask what we hold about you and we'll tell you
- Correction — tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it
- Deletion — ask us to erase your information
- Opt out — tell us to stop contacting you
- Portability — ask for a copy of what you gave us
Email aarcheval@socialbragmarketing.com and we'll respond within 30 days. There's no charge and no form to fill in.
Florida residents, and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws such as California, have these rights by statute. We do not sell personal information, and we never have. If you're in the UK or EU, we process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we add analytics, advertising pixels, or anything else that changes what's described here, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't quietly start collecting more and leave the old text standing.
