Privacy policy.

What we collect, what we don't, and what you can ask us to do about it — in plain English.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

The short version: we set no cookies of our own, and across the site you can reach from our menu we run no tracking pixels. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. Two pages are the exception, and they're the ones our ads point at: /growth and the short page you land on after booking a call from it. Those two carry a Meta pixel, and /growth also embeds a Calendly calendar; both set their own cookies, and both are described below. The only personal information we hold is what you deliberately give us. We don't sell it, we don't share it for advertising, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are

SocialBrag is a marketing agency based in Tampa, Florida, building websites and local marketing systems for local businesses. This policy covers socialbragmarketing.com and the inquiries we receive through it.

For anything in this policy, reach us at aarcheval@socialbragmarketing.com or (656) 242-6320.

What we collect

Information you give us

There are four places this site asks for anything: the booking calendar, the short questions we send by link before a booked call, the questions that follow payment if you buy our three-page website, and the build questionnaire we send by link to clients who have hired us.

If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you picked, plus anything you type into the questions on the booking screen. That booking lands in our calendar and our inbox.

Before the call, we may send you a link to a few pre-call questions: your name, email and phone number, your business name and website, what you do and where, what you would like help with, and a rough timeline. We use the answers only to prepare for the call.

If you buy the three-page website, the page you land on after paying asks about your business so we can build it. We receive:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your business name, the phone number and address or service area to show on your site, and your hours
  • What you offer, and anything you tell us about your business, your licenses and the look you want
  • Your logo and photos, if you upload them
  • Whether you own a domain, and which one
  • A reference number from your Stripe checkout, so we can match your answers to your payment

Photos are made smaller in your browser before they're sent. We use all of it to build your website, and your logo and photos appear on it.

If you're a client, we send you a build questionnaire by link. It asks for the same business details as above, and for the operational ones we need to do the work: how your calls are answered, where your email and domain are hosted, who else can change your website or Google profile, and — for the plans that include them — a rough average job value and ad budget. It asks whether your business has an EIN, because the cell carriers require one before any business can send text messages. It does not ask for the EIN itself, and no form on this site ever asks for a card number, a bank account, a Social Security number or a password. The commercial answers are used to plan your work and are not shared or published; only the parts you'd expect — your business details, logo and photos — appear on your website.

Information collected automatically

Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs when a page is requested — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is ordinary infrastructure logging that every website has, used for security and diagnostics. We don't build profiles from it and we don't connect it to your inquiry.

Counting visits

Every page on this site loads a small script from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It tells us how many people opened which page, which site sent them, and roughly where in the world they are and what kind of device they used, so we can see whether our work is being found. It sets no cookies, doesn't use fingerprinting, and doesn't use your IP address to build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. A content blocker stops it, and the site works exactly the same.

The two ad pages, which are different

If you arrive here from one of our ads, you land on /growth, and if you book a call from it, on the short page that follows. Those two pages — and only those two — load a Meta pixel. It tells Meta that someone who was shown our ad opened the page, and whether they went on to book a call. We use it to work out which ads are worth paying for and to stop paying to show them to people who already booked.

When it loads, Meta sets its own cookies and receives your IP address, your browser type and which of the two pages you're on. We don't send it your name, your email, or anything you type — the booking calendar is a Calendly window the pixel can't read into.

Nothing else on this site loads it. If you'd rather not be counted, any content blocker stops it and the pages work exactly the same: the video plays and the calendar books either way.

What we don't collect

Worth stating plainly, because it's unusual:

  • No cookies of our own. We set none, anywhere. Third parties set their own on two pages: the booking page and /growth, where Calendly's calendar is embedded, and the two ad pages above, where the Meta pixel runs. Every other page on this site is cookie-free.
  • No profiling. No Google Analytics, no heatmaps, no session recording, on any page. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, described above, which sets no cookies and doesn't follow you from site to site.
  • No advertising tracker anywhere else. The Meta pixel is confined to those two pages, and it's the only one we run. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
  • No data sold, and none shared with data brokers.
  • No account, no login, no password — nothing of ours is stored in your browser.

If you'd rather avoid all of that, don't open the booking page or /growth — call or email instead. Both reach the same person and neither involves a third party.

The free tools run entirely in your browser

The website scorecard and the missed-call calculator do all their work locally, in your browser, in JavaScript. Your answers and the numbers you enter are never transmitted to us or anyone else. Close the tab and they're gone. We don't know your score and we can't see it.

Third parties

Eight services touch this site or what you send us. That's the entire list:

  • Netlify hosts the website and stores what you send through the pre-call questions, the questions after purchase and the client build questionnaire, including your logo and photos. Their server logs are described above.
  • Stripe processes payments. When you buy from us you pay on Stripe's checkout page, and we never see or store your card number.
  • Calendly runs the booking calendar embedded on the contact page and on /growth. It loads from Calendly's servers, sets its own cookies, and receives whatever you enter when booking. It loads on those two pages only — no other page on this site contacts them.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives a pixel event when someone opens /growth or the page after booking a call there, as described above. It's how we measure whether an ad we paid for did anything. It runs nowhere else on this site, and we send it nothing you typed.
  • Cloudflare counts visits to every page with its Web Analytics script, as described above. It sets no cookies and keeps no personal profile of you.
  • Google Fonts serves the two typefaces the site uses. Because the fonts load from Google's servers, your browser makes a request to Google, which reveals your IP address to them. On most of the site it's the only third-party request there is, and we mention it because most policies quietly don't.
  • Zoho Mail hosts our email, so your inquiry lands in a Zoho inbox.
  • GoHighLevel is the CRM behind our client work. Your inquiry may be stored there if it becomes an active conversation.

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what they do with data on their systems.

How we use what you send

Only to respond to you and, if it goes that way, to do the work you've asked for:

  • Replying to your inquiry and arranging a call
  • Building the free redesign concept you requested
  • Quoting, and delivering the work if you hire us
  • Occasional follow-up if a conversation goes quiet

We don't add you to a newsletter or marketing list without you asking. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we stop — permanently, and you don't have to explain why.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become clients are kept up to two years, then deleted — businesses often circle back a season or two later, and it's unhelpful to have lost the context. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, which is what tax and accounting obligations require. You can ask for earlier deletion at any point, subject to those obligations.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to inquiries is limited to people who need it, which today means one person. No system is perfectly secure, and we'd rather say that than imply otherwise.

Your rights

Whatever jurisdiction you're in, we'll honor these:

  • Access — ask what we hold about you and we'll tell you
  • Correction — tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it
  • Deletion — ask us to erase your information
  • Opt out — tell us to stop contacting you
  • Portability — ask for a copy of what you gave us

Email aarcheval@socialbragmarketing.com and we'll respond within 30 days. There's no charge and no form to fill in.

Florida residents, and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws such as California, have these rights by statute. We do not sell personal information, and we never have. If you're in the UK or EU, we process inquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, advertising pixels, or anything else that changes what's described here, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't quietly start collecting more and leave the old text standing.
