Terms and refunds.

Who you're buying from

SocialBrag Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Tampa, Florida ("SocialBrag", "we", "us"). These terms cover the three-page website offer and its hosting. Other work, like our Foundation, Growth and Scale plans, is covered by a separate written agreement.

What the $197 includes

• A website with three pages: Home, Services and Contact
• Built by hand, from scratch, for phones first
• Your phone number one tap away, and a form for requests
• A proper title and description on each page, so Google has the right words to show
• The words on the site, written by us from the answers you give us
• A private link to look it over before launch, and one round of changes
• Putting the site live on your domain

What it doesn't include

• Local SEO, service-area pages, or work on your Google Business Profile
• Automation, like missed-call text-back or review requests
• Logo design or photography
• Changes after launch. Ask, and we'll tell you the price before doing anything
• Your domain's yearly fee. The domain is registered in your name and you pay the registrar directly

Those are part of our bigger plans, and you never have to buy them.

How it works, and when it's live

After you pay, you answer a short set of questions about your business and send your logo and photos if you have them. We build sites in the order they come in, and we email you your launch date before we start building. We can't start until we have your answers, so the sooner you send them, the sooner your site is live.

When it's ready, you get a private link to look it over. One round of changes means one list of changes, sent to us together. We make them, then put the site live.

The limit on this offer

The $197 price is for the first 25 businesses to buy it, and we may close the offer sooner. Closing it doesn't change anything for anyone who has already bought.

Hosting: $30 a month

We host your website for $30 a month. The first charge is 30 days after you buy, and it repeats every month on that date, to the card you used at checkout. Hosting keeps your site online and secure. Content changes aren't part of hosting.

Cancel any time by emailing aarcheval@socialbragmarketing.com. There's no cancellation fee and no notice period. Hosting runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and then we send you your website's files so you can host it anywhere you like.

If a payment fails, we'll email you before anything happens to your site.

Refunds

• Before we start building: if you change your mind, you get your money back. All of it. Just email us.
• Once building has started: the $197 isn't refundable. If the finished site isn't what this page describes, tell us and we'll fix it.
• Hosting: a month that has already started isn't refunded. Cancelling stops the next charge.

We start building on the date we email you as your start date, not before.

Who owns what

You own your website. Once you've paid, the design and code we build for you are yours, along with everything you sent us. Your domain is registered in your name. If you ever want to move your site somewhere else, it's yours to take, and we'll help.

We may reuse our own general building blocks, like layout patterns and code techniques, on other websites. Never your words, logo, photos or branding.

Your content

By sending us your logo, photos and text, you confirm you have the right to use them on your website. If something you send looks like it belongs to someone else, we'll ask before using it.

Showing your site as our work

This offer is priced the way it is because we're new and need real, live websites to show people. When you buy it, you agree we may show your finished website, including screenshots and a link, as an example of our work. We don't ask you for a testimonial.

What we don't promise

A better website helps people find you and get in touch, but we can't control search engines or customers. We don't guarantee rankings, calls, leads or sales, and anyone who does is selling you something.

Limits on responsibility

We do careful work and we fix our mistakes. Beyond that, our total responsibility to you for anything connected with this purchase is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the problem. We're not responsible for outages or problems caused by services outside our control, like your domain registrar, your email provider, or a hosting or payment provider having a bad day.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the date at the top of this page. If we ever change the price of hosting, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next charge is affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
